We are a small coffee roaster focused on light roasts attempting to highlight all the hard work done at origin. 

We believe that the only quality addative processes happen at the farm and try to align our green buying with this in mind.

We roast in 480g batches enough 2*200g bags and just enough to sample every batch to ensure consistent quality.
